Dollars ($2,500.00), provided the defective item was required
to be inspected pursuant to the Arizona Standards of Professional
Practice.
In the event of a dispute, claim, or controversy, the dispute
will be settled by an Arbitrator from the American Arbitration
Association as per our written contract. The decision of the
Arbitrator appointed thereunder shall be final and binding
and judgment of the award may be entered into any Court of
competent jurisdiction. The cost of arbitrating filing will
be the responsibility of the filing party.
